Jewellery Care

All items are Costume Jewellery and all plated metals can be subject to discoloration through sunlight and oxidisation, This can be easily cleaned through many methods I would suggest having a search on google.

Although water resistant we would never advise to wear your jewellery in the shower or during exercise and don't spray perfumes, hairsprays or other harsh chemicals whilst wearing them.
If you follow this advice, your jewellery will last for many years.

If an item should break for any reason do get in touch we will always try and help and see if we can fix it or send a replacement chain for example. Please reach out I will always try and help.

Custom and Personalised orders

I love custom orders, I currently offer bookmarks, keyrings, earrings, necklaces and bouquet mementos. They can feature any picture you like, custom orders are non refundable! But I will work with you during the whole process to make sure your 100% happy. Just get in contact to discuss.

Website vs Etsy

You may have noticed the prices are a bit lower on the website, and this is simply because Etsy charges fees on Listings, Sales even Shipping. Buying direct means I can pass those savings on to you the buyer.

Wrong address infomation

This happens more often then I would like, Please double check your infomation before placing your order that your address is upto date.

if you have given the wrong address prior to dispatch, no problem just let me know asap, If I have already dispatched the item there is little I can do. I have my return address on all parcels if it gets returned I will contact you. Please make sure your address is correct at time of order.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

During these uncertain times unless any guidelines change I am still shipping as usual, making sure my work area and tools are sanitised. please be advised the postal services worldwide are struggling and experiencing delays. I am getting items shipped as quickly as possible but once with the courier it is out of my hands and your understanding and patience is appreciated.

All items are sent gift wrapped free of charge, depending on the item will either be in

• Beautifully patterned paper

• Sweet shop style packaging bags

• Tissue paper or gift boxes!

Even if buying for yourself it ill always feel like your receiving a gift!
